•Ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
Resolving difficult legal compliance issues.
Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
Identifying areas of the business where there is a risk of non-compliance and
develop policies to reduce that risk. Making sure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and
effective. Persuading others to adhere to specific standards.
Investigating and responding to cases of non-compliance.
Seeking out any weaknesses in company's dealings.
Representing the company at internal and external meetings.

Responsibilities:
•Provide high level final reporting service.
•Arrange and coordinate Meeting and Events including meet and great guest.
•Receives and Controls all Technical &Non-Technical Documents.
•Prepare final report MPI, RT, Ultrasonic report, Hardness HV, Hardness Rockwell, Tensile, Impact test
•Macro, Micro, Replica test final report.
•Attending international and local calls, Customer handling, Preparing invoice, Purchase order.
•Maintain and update Incoming & Outgoing Documents summary on excel log sheet.
•Maintain a good Quality of Filing System with Hardcopies.
•Maintaining record for Incoming & Outgoing Letters to Consultant & Client.
•Scanning & maintaining Soft copy of all Incoming & Outgoing documents.
•Maintain quick and courteous support to Managers/Disciplines Leads, engineering project personnel and accounting personnel.
•Coordinate the activities of document controller such as preparation, submittal, filing and distribution of the submittals.
•Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
