◘Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
◘Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal & external clients
◘Develop and maintain project cost reports including the evaluation of actual and forecasted costs against budgets and detailed analysis.
◘Monitor and maintenance of budgets and tracking project costs and involve in budget reconciliation.
◘Certifying contractor/consultant monthly payment application with payment recommendations.
◘Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
◘Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion.
◘Provide high level project updates to, and will work directly with, finance partners and senior project controls leadership.
◘Maintain project loges and reporting (Task order log, Invoice/ Payment application log, Change order, Contract log).
◘Involve on final account at the end of the project and make sure all final account is settled in a timely manner.
◘Supervise construction activities at the site, including the preparation Bill of Quantities for School Buildings, Villas and Housing Scheme.
◘Coordinating with sub-contractors. (Pre-Qualification Selection, Negotiation, and all relative activities)
◘monthly bills, variations & all claim issues with the Client.
◘Monitor and verify the progress of Subcontractors
◘Update Event Log with all time and cost impact events (All TQ/TMI's Delay, Disruptions, Force Majeure, incidental Cost, New Items, Change order, and extra works)
◘Attending meetings with Consultants, subcontractors, and Clients & Prepare minutes of the meeting
◘Prepare Tender documents and advice on procurement method selection to the higher management
