Oversee the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, induction, and offboarding. Administer leave and attendance through GreytHR. Coordinate with universities and partners for career fairs and recruitment events. Prepare employment offers, contracts, and HR documentation. Support performance management and KPI tracking. Assist in policy development and ensure compliance with UAE & KSA Labour Laws. Provide employee support on HR queries, benefits, and policies. Contribute to engagement initiatives to enhance culture and retention.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Oversee leave management, contracts, and PRO-related activities. Maintain and update the organizational chart and job descriptions. Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Manage insurance programs (health, company, vehicle, fire) and renewals. Support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System implementation.
