Responsible for credit assessment & debt structuring for Private Banking & Personal Banking Ultra High Net worth, whilst managing the existing book of assets held under the same fields
Duties:
 Arrange directly with Private Bankers and Senior Relationship Managers to structure deals for Ultra High Net worth Individuals (UHNWI); deals are likely to be in the range of USD 5 million to USD 150 million range.
 Engage with RMs in attending client meetings to discuss potential business opportunities with clients, and discuss the best structure for the client financing requests
 Review and prepare comprehensive and timely credit analysis within laid down timeframes and quality standards, including the accuracy of financial spreads of the companies owned by (UHNWI); to confirm the suitability of the proposed facility structure to the purpose of the facility and the sources of repayment; and ensure that all credit proposals are complying with the bank’s internal policies and procedures, governed by the Central Bank’s regulations.
 Generating & validating credit approval memorandums, for complex transactions, covering all aspects of the transaction; in addition of to the review of complex transactions facility documentation once documents are received from respective parties, to ensure that documents are accurate and capture all approval conditions.
 Assist with perfection of security documents where required
 Achieving high approval rates, for all cases submitted to credit risk and approving committees, with a minimum targeted approval rate of 85%.
 Conduct portfolio review through reviewing preparing monthly & quarterly reports for the portfolio of clients; and ensure that all large -Ticket loans are periodically visited to identify Risks & Mitigates, and any adverse market conditions.
 Recommend additional analysis based on trends and/or trigger events identified in routine analysis, and ensure all major issues and deficiencies in all relationships are addressed and solved by RMs on duly manner.
 Undertake industry studies and prepare comparisons to peer groups, and ensure the quality of data and analysis
 Review of all new product programs prepared by business development team, in order to check its compliance with the bank strategies and guidelines.
 Contribute to the Development of a RISK Rating Model for Premium/ Private Clients.

 Hold the role of agency manager for international financiers & development banks, covering all onshore banking services and onshore security holders.

Credit Review Analyst, North Africa & Levant (Algeria, Morocco, Egypt & Lebanon)

Responsible for analysis of corporate loans requests submitted from the bank subsidiaries and international braches, covering risk identification, mitigation, and recommendation.
Duties:
 Identify risks, mitigates, and validate risk rating to ensure appropriateness of pricing as compared to risk.
 Ensure suitability of the facility structure to purpose and sources of repayment, assessing and evaluating financial data to confirm the company ability of debt payment.
 Reviewing and evaluating credit review packages which range from USD 5 Million to USD 300 Million, submitted by Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) within the set out deadlines, and Ensure that packages are in line with set strategy, policies and guidelines.

 Generating executive summary reports for complex transactions, and presentation of cases in relation to proposed facilities for higher credit committee
 Recommend and obtain approval / decline for credit requests.
 Handling incoming advice credit associates with the needed follow ups actions to be taken.
 Reviewing and evaluating the approved credit requests within the area delegated authorities, and advising the area with the needed actions if any.
