- Follow up all the projects in the sector which including a lot of departments like IT, HR, Training, Quality.
- Resolve any impediments or obstacles appear in any projects.
- Ensure PMO procedures applied in all projects.
- Training Project Managers on who to leadership the team and problem solving.
- Follow up the project in time & cost.
- Ensure projects deliverables are completed in wright way.
- I manage a lot of people.

- Information Security Management Center (SIEM).
- Applying ISO.
- Job descriptions and job families.
- Oracle ERP.
The main activities:
1. Preparing the studies for IT projects and general plans.
2. Preparing the detailed plans for the implementation of IT projects to be accurate in determining the tasks and resources and time required to implement them.
3. Preparing the project specifications.
4. Follow up and supervise the project.
5. Prepare periodic reports on the progress of projects.
6. Contributes to the quality control of aid for various projects with the Department in cooperation with the supervisors of the implementation.
7. Coordinate with existing projects and ready-made systems in management.
8. Working to end the projects on time.
9. Determine the lessons learned from projects.
10. Doing appropriate procedures for implementation of recurrent projects.

The second phase of SWCC Privatization requested to built a team for:
- Development of transitional steps and road map to start new processes.
- Design a new processes to align with the new structure.
As part of SWCC Privatization, it was created a lot teams, one of them was IT Strategy.
The goal of this team was:
1- Determined the current IT situation Assessment.
2- Develop IT Vision, Mission and Objectives.
3- IT Initiatives.
