● Handling Stock on everyday basis over 80 international Brand’s in Deira City Centre branch, one of the UAE’s biggest Branch.
● Maintains stored items in their proper order.
● Ensuring that the shelf labels are placed properly for their identification to the customers.
● Ensuring Internal Stock -take independently and maintain the proper physical condition of goods.
● Segregating the items as per the department and section wise.
● Reporting to managers of stock availability, ongoing activities, display design
And competitions in the store.
● Ensure that deliveries of food have good shelf life before they are unloaded.
● Conducting monthly and yearly Stock Audit for the whole store.
● Keep a proper track on the current Expired product and Damages and make it clear from Showroom.
● Welcome and greet every Customer in a friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all the times.
● Assisting in various customer service functions such as Reception, Telephone Answering, Handling customer complaints, goods refund and exchange in friendly and professional way.
● Product merchandising in convenient and beautiful way.
● Ensuring that Customers are dealt in a courteous manner to maintain the highest customer satisfaction, follow GUEST approach and five step to Five Star Service.
● Ensuring the freshness of the products by regular cleaning of the shelves, displaying in FIFO method, proper storing and handling the products.
