Joined Umniah company as a SOC engineer since 20th of November 2014 till now, involved with:
• Providing situational awareness through the detection, containment, and remediation of IT threats.
• Manages incidents for the enterprise, ensuring they are properly identified, analyzed, communicated, actioned/defended, investigated and reported.
• Monitors applications to identify a possible cyber-attack or intrusion (event) and determine if it is a real, malicious threat (incident), and if it could have a business impact.
Joined Umniah company as a customer care support advisor since 9th of March 2014till 19th of November 2014, involved with:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide ADSL, Wi-max and HSPA+ troubleshooting and fixing problem for customers.
• Deal directly with customers by telephone (outbound team), and update customers with new offers and products.
