Technical, Administrative & financial responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Participating in the conceptual and concepts development stages of the designs.
- Design Review.
- Quality control and assurance of the works produced at Amman office.
- Cost Estimations.
- Assisting proposal department in preparing technical and financial parts of the
proposals (Work Plan, Methodology, proposed staff).
- Preparing and reviewing progress reports submitted to the clients and funding
agencies.
- Coordinating between the different engineering disciplines at the different offices of
the Group outside Jordan.
- Preparing technical reports about the projects progress.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Setting plans for the work flow at the office.
- Assigning tasks for the office employees and to guarantee that work plan is properly
executed, and each task is submitted on time.
- Establishing teams to execute special tasks for special projects.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts.
- Preparing and reviewing MOUS and JVS letters with regional and international
consultancy firms.
- Preparing administrative reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) about the projects
progress and employees performance.
- Coordinating with the Group’s offices in the Gulf Area, Europe and Canada.
- Coordinating with Group’s partners in the Gulf Area, Europe and Canada.
- Assisting Business development department in creating relations with new
consultancy firms, and in targeting new markets.
- Coordinating and dealing with different media ( Newspapers, TV Channels, Radio
Channels, social media)
Financial Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports (Weekly, monthly and annual reports).
- Preparing balance sheets.
- Preparing monthly salary sheets.
- Monthly and annual settlements with Taxes & Social Security departments.
