• Manage the full range of operation functions including production, engineering, installation, quality assurance, supply chain and project management
• Drive the transformation of resources into finished products in an efficient and high-quality manner.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of operational budgets, expenditure planning, variance verification and preparation of corrective measure.
• Recommend strategic plans, prepare and monitors the execution of action plans; ensure production efficiency, productivity, quality, customer-service standards; and resolve business problems.
• Works in close collaboration with the CEO and the management team to establish and/or implement strategies, policies, procedures and systems, and monitor implementation.
• Improve operational procedures, systems and principles in the fields of information flow and management.
• Enhance management reporting to support completion of work and monitor performance, analyze data and align performance with overall objectives.
• Overall responsibility in the process of working and dealing with the contractors and holding the overall responsibility for the engineering stage of submittals and approvals for the projects.
• Conduct regular operational meetings to monitor operations and produce weekly/monthly operational reports for senior management team
• Managing key executives across multiple departments and guiding groups of approximately 150 individuals to complete their tasks to achieve the company's objectives.

-Establish the strategic plan for the Company.
-Establish annual and short term plans to implement the strategic plan.
-Manage the Company’s financials and develop the annual operating plan and budget for the whole company.
-Responsible for all the operational activities.
-Lead the sales manager and the sales team in order to reach the sales targets.
-Participate in the final pricing of proposals by giving counsel and setting the final margins.
-Establish a set of human resource principles, procedures and action plans that would ensure employee satisfaction and loyalty.
-Develop business relationships with international partners for international co-operation and developing business opportunities.
-Supervise and review on continuous basis the progress, achievements and problems within the Company.
-Develop action plans to maintain the Company’s reputation and image versus competitors, both local and international.
-Ensure that all statutory and legal obligations are met.
-Report to owners
-Responsible for 330 personnel.

-Direct responsibility and supervision on the operational departments (Engineering Department, Production Planning, Production, Quality Assurance and Control, Installation Department and Project Management) to assure the right implementation of the departments procedures.
-Executive authority and executive support for all manufacturing operations in liaison with the General Manager.
-Direct supervision of line managers under direct control and conduct performance appraisals.
-Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- To forecast and manage the budget requirements.
To achieve the agreed production and delivery targets.
-Oversee overall operational activities financial control management, planning, systems and controls.
-To conduct regular operational meetings to monitor operations and produce weekly/monthly operational reports for senior management team.
-A member of the senior management team contributing to the development of the Company’s strategic business plans and budget preparation Conduct regular department meetings.
-Identify and recommend proposals to improve capacity and manufacturing performance.

-Overall responsibility in the process of working and dealing with the contractors and holding the overall responsibility for the engineering stage of submittals and approvals for the projects.
-To assure the efficient management of the signed contracts.

-To conduct regular production meetings to monitor production weekly/monthly operational reports for senior management team.
-Identify and recommend proposals to improve capacity and production performance.
-Direct supervision of line engineers and supervisors under direct control and conduct performance appraisals.
-To facilitate all production audits as and when required.
-Co-ordinates and manages the effective and efficient production related activities including purchasing, stores and maintenance of production facilities.
-Control the effective and efficient use of production capacity, production manpower, and equipment through effective planning, organising and scheduling.
-Establish a system for measurement/ reporting on machine utilisation/costs/productivity/inventory and manpower.
-Preparation various production reports (daily/monthly) production and productivity reports.
-Responsible for training of new personnel and re-training of existing personnel
-To closely liaise with other departments managers.
-To forecast and manage the department’s budget requirements to meet the strategic business plan.

Production Manager role:
-Manage and Control the production processes and the flow of materials in the solid plant, panel plant and the finishing department.
-Control and effectively use production capacity, manpower and equipment through planning, organizing and scheduling to minimize losses.
-Work within the framework of the budget to optimize company profitability.
-Participate in the development of strategic objectives for the company.
-Work very closely with the engineering manager regarding production line maintenance, and planned maintenance.
-Responsible for training new personnel and re-training of existing ones.
-Maintain safe operating practices.
-Projects managing and coordinating with contractors for special projects (Sheraton Hotel, Movenpick Hotel).
-Participating in ISO 9000 implementation process.
-Assisting in the development of the software of the company’s Computer
System.
-Analyzing production reports and statistics, and seeking for continuous improvement.


Head of Productin Planning & Control Department role:
-Developing, implementing, and controlling the production plan in coordination with the other departments.
-Issuing production orders, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
-Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and to provide information.
-Control the company inventory level, and maintain the level according to company operational policies.
