• Solve customer and suppliers’ problems.
• Manage and organize events operations and logistics (internal and external events).
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
• manage inventory of giveaways, promotional items and client gifts
• prepare and coordinate customer mailings
• Ordering and taking stock of marketing material and office supplies
• Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
• Create and Send Purchasing Orders through the ERP system.
• Maintain updated records of departments’ budget
• Evaluate offers from vendors and choose the best combination considering quality, delivery date, and negotiate a better price.
• Answering enquiries and encourage people.
• Represents & ensure that customer service is delivered of the highest quality and Present ADU and enhancing the brand name to every customer to increase the quality and quantity.

• Participates in recruitment events such as open days as a team leader for registration, counselling sessions for school, parents’, teachers and information sessions.

• Handling prospective international and local students with professionalism and adequate telesales skill to give them a very positive and informative experience either on the counter, email or phone.
• Handling visa, accommodation, Health insurance, and the arrival of international students’ process
• Coordinate with other departments to reach the customers’ satisfaction.

• Consults & assist a prospective and applicant student
• Audit & ensure that the students’ documents and information are accurately entered in ERP.
• Guide the students how to use the PeopleSoft, university email and Blackboard.
• Sorts, classifies, records, and files students’ documents/materials on students file according to the prescribed guidelines and filing system to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
