- Handling Systems & Transactions Monitorning Dept. responsibilities & managing the staff during the leave of the Manager.
- Replying merchants & customers calls & helping them in solving their problems.
- Handling Operations, loading all the files related to all card centre departments, running the EOD & ensuring that the prime system is up.
- Cancelling un-authorized transactions for the credit cards to release the outstanding amounts.
- Preparing Daily EOD reports
- Completing all related EOD processes & transferring files to the related departments.
- Processing & transferring the Daily Visa & Master Card outgoing files.
- Processing & loading daily payment files.
- Monitoring suspicious transactions & detecting fraud.
- Processing & creating credit cards statements files for all the monthly cycles.
- preparing MIS & KPIs reports related to the credit cards statements.
o Monitoring of customers cards usage to detect suspicious & fraudulent transactions.
o Contacting card holders to obtain a confirmation for the suspicious transactions.
o Blocking the suspicious cards on time in order to minimize the losses if any.
o Sending verification e-mails to the branches in order to get a confirmation from the card holders.
o Preparing the fraud investigation forms & forwarding the same to the risk & compliance manager.
o Following up for the blocked cards obtaining a confirmation to release these cards.
