Working as a Key Member of the Application Department for restructuring the department and reassigning the responsibility for the staff. Leading efforts for architecture for the solutions and distributed to layers of technologies related to the purpose from it. Assisting with building strategies for development and implementation of IT solutions.
• Imparting Training to a team of Developers for a low code platform APEX which is used to develop systems like:
o Projects Management System which has ability to manage projects portfolio and monitor the achievements for all levels
o Electronic Climate Register (ECR), Fasah System for Ozon Permits (provided as government service on cloud), Conference Room Registration System and other systems using same Technology
• Assisting the Implementation Team from MEWA for training the staff in NCM and NCEC to use EBS system and applying the financial transactions on the system, with recommendations to resolve issues. Supporting the Implementing Team for ERP Project
