Managed the innovative businesses as subsidiaries of PanBuck Jordan with capital investment (ECHOS for branding and marketing services, NAD group for networking, advisory and dealership services, united partners for networking and deals facilitation support). Ensured full compliance with resources management standards.
● Secured a portfolio of clients with JOD 25mm value of a business (For PBJO, Migrate Global).
● Directed the creation, structure, and implementation of the organizational and operating models of Rock Company for Security Services with an investment of 20mm JOD valuation in the security and defense industry.
● Liaised with clients or stakeholders to ensure proper implementation and delivery of projects.
● Generated more than JOD 500K+ annual advisory revenues via leading the delivery of corporate management and organizational development advisory projects.
● Supervised the creation of 2 specialized academies, focused on youth and veteran to enrich and improve their competencies on technical, personal and career levels.
