- Managing Senior Directors and team complaints follow up and solve.
- Prepare Agendas for the Head of Department and Senior Directors and team meetings.
- Raise PR’s on Oracle for Projects payment.
- Handle Senior Directors and team business expenses and claim them on Oracle system.
- Arrange Board Papers and projects papers.
- Translate letter in Arabic and English
- assist with new employees on boarding and off boarding
- assist line manager with arranging interviews for new joiners.
Responsible for meetings scheduling management, while handling calls, couriers and emails for over 300 employees on daily basis
- Arrange monthly report - shared to head of facility management
- Checking that work by staff has been completed satisfactorily.
- Arrange Board meetings schedule.
- Arrange PR using oracle system.
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans
- Coordinate payments between the department and finance department.
- Handling invoices.
- Inspection of the Tower Majid Al Futtaim towers, which have over 1500 employees, on a floor by floor basis.
- Responsible for leading a team of 10 and to follow up the process of work.
- Handling complains and make sure a resolution is reached in less than 12 hours.
