-Account Manager for UN agencies and NGO’s. - Follow up the sales and tenders with the customers.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers.
- Identify customer needs.
- Measuring and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after the sales process is done.
