 Finalize negotiations for all insurance contracts providers to manage Insurance Contracts effectively, in order to reduce the cost.
 Develop Incentive plans for Operations, Sales and HR Depts.
 Develop a cross functioning experience with other sub functions (TA, P&P, OMD) through
several projects (Man Power studies, In Touch sessions, OHS…etc.)
 Develop action plans and implement some projects under CSR Committee as an active member in the mentioned committee.
 Lead and control Organization people cost.
