Lead and implement the transfer of C&B to the new HR Module for Jordan.
Perform Analysis studies (Benefits, Allowances…etc.) to insure market competitiveness and initiate new benefits accordingly.
Review emerging market intelligence report on quarterly basis, Along with providing detailed proposed action plan resulting from the report to support enhancing C&B in PepsiCo Jordan.

Lead Salary Cycle and salary planning process from Surveys through preparing salary planners till applying new salary scales.
Perform Job evaluations.
Finalize negotiations for all insurance contracts providers to manage Insurance Contracts effectively, in order to reduce the cost.
Develop Incentive plans for Operations, Sales and HR Depts.
Develop a cross functioning experience with other sub functions (TA, P&P, OMD) through
several projects (Man Power studies, In Touch sessions, OHS…etc.)
Develop action plans and implement some projects under CSR Committee as an active member in the mentioned committee.
Lead and control Organization people cost.
Monitor the organization’s salary structure and benefits.
Develop and organize compensation & benefits manuals.
Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, to understand compensation & benefits policies and procedures.
Plan, direct, or coordinate compensation and benefits activities.
Prepare Job offers for new hires candidates.
Handle salaries promotions; sales incentives plans and allowances.
Study promotions eligibilities and salary increases based on salary focal point cycle.
Handle annual and daily salaries adjustments, promotions, allowances.
Complete all needed reconciliations with the Insurance providers
Maintenance & documentation for training process.
Business requirements documentation & analysis.
Acting as first line support to handle client's inquiries

2012 - Jordan University of Science and Technology, B.Sc. Industrial Engineering Graduation Project: Ergonomic Hazards in Jordan Industrial Enterprises Based on a request from Ministry of Health, our project aimed at understanding & analyzing the hazard zone in the industrial enterprises in Jordan. A survey was designed according to "Washington Administrative Code" and then was distributed to 80 plants covering all the Industrial e-States such as: Sahhab & Al-Hassan. The results were analyzed to find out the correlation between the type of the hazard zone and the size / type of the industry. Two main software's were used to analyze the obtained data; Minitab - Statistical Tool, and SPSS Software. All the concluded recommendations were sent to MOH, and the project is selected to patent registration.
