Job Description:
-Manage the full end to end recruitment process to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the ‘time to hire/cost per hire’.
-Apply staffing assessments that ensure match the right people to the right jobs while meeting our business goals.
-Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as professional networking websites where appropriate.
-Designing a professional job posts for recruitment needs
-Receive and screening the applicants resumes and classifies them according to job categories requirements.
-Make the phone interview & determine the date of interview to the qualified candidates.
-Conduct first interviews for junior and senior positions using Competency Based Interview method to assure the best selection.
-Send apology letters to the rejected candidates by email.
-Generate a pool of candidates by receiving resumes through various channels such as employment fairs, sources, walk in resumes …etc.
-Ensure all relevant data collection, reporting and internal systems are being effectively utilized and updated
-Represent the firm in executing employer branding activities.
Projects:
- Training: Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. Prepare training budget for department or organization. Implement the training plan and keep records of the held programs up to date. Assists in design and implement evaluation tools (ROI) to
measure the impact of various capability efforts.
- Performance Management System: Participate in implementing the performance appraisal system by siting the objectives with the managers and help them to cascading these objectives till the front line. Then following up the mid-year review and the end-year review to link the final results with the annual merit increase.
- Job Analysis: Participate in gathering information about some of company jobs through different job analysis techniques and analyze gathered information and draft initial job description to propose for approval.
- Job Description: Review, update and verify job descriptions with respective managers to ensure accordance with each job actual duties, specifications and work environment upon request.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Set detailed CSR budget and design the whole activities with putting action plan for implementation.
- Employee Engagement: Set Employee Engagement budget and activities to ensure effective working atmosphere.
- Internal Communication: Develop communication channels and create an action plan regarding to the business strategy and goals to ensure all employees are fully engaged in the business and committed to its success.
1. Planning and preparing for the session in accordance with the school’s material targeting to achieve their objectives.
2. Provide appropriate, training sessions in each class by taking into consideration the unique abilities of each student.
3. Deliver the training sessions using the suitable tools and techniques according to the topic;
4. Interact with trainees and staff regarding the progress of trainees in my classes.
5. Attend the instructor meetings during the staff orientation one or two days prior to the start of the program.
6. Submit a final student performance review for each of your students

Academic Achievements: • Winner of first place twice in the competition for Social Research at the level of Egypt universities in 2012-2013. • Winner of first place in the ideal student competition at the level of Faculty of Arts, Menofia University in April 2013. • Winner of fifth place in the competition for youth and workers sponsored by Ministry of Culture in September 2013.
