- Responsible for Management of all phases of large and/or complex offshore projects
- Represents UIP in front of the Client - Has bottom line responsibility for the financial, technical, and QHSES success of the project
- Provide strategic leadership for the project team - Delivering the Project in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule
- Ensuring the Project activities adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System and HSE Management System
- Responsible for the development approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan
- Ensures that the close out activities are properly performed, and documents submitted as required by the contract and UIP Close out Procedure
- Oversees the planning and resource allocations of personnel throughout the project
- Define role, responsibilities and authorizes for reports
- Manage projects, and drive the project team from start through to completion.
- Ensure proper financial controls.
- Producing & maintaining project management plans
- Review progress schedule for all projects and take corrective action for any deviation.
- Manage bi-weakly meeting with USAID contracting officer.
- Review subcontractors offer and assign contract with right one.
Responsibilities including:
- Manage projects, and drive the project team from start through to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on the project.
- Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and use their feedback to optimize progress.
- Ensure proper financial controls.
- Producing & maintaining project management plans.
- Review progress schedule for all projects and take corrective action for any deviation
- Ensure that we meet the quality and safety requirements according to contract
- Review subcontractors offer and assign contract with right one.
- Manage weakly meeting with Construction manager of NAVY
- Responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of all team members.
Responsibilities including:
- Reviewing the contract specification and identify the required for all company departments.
- Reviewing the Initial project schedule to be sure meet the specification
- Reviewing the update schedule and take action for delay
- Reviewing cost estimate to be sure meet the RFP
- Reviewing the materials required for each project and manage to deliver material on time
- Issue and reviewing the submittals for all projects
- Reviewing the daily reports for all projects and take action for any delay
- Initiate the following departments in the company
- HR
- Subcontractor Control
- Cost control
- Analyses all the previous data to take decision and action and also order the entire department for certain action and follow up them.
- Hold weekly meeting with the departments manager for follow up
- Preparing weekly report for the partners for all previous activities.
Responsibilities including:
- Preparing submittal register.
- Preparing preparatory meeting schedule.
- Preparing work instruction and procedure...
- Reviewing submittals before send to RE
- Verifying that the three-phase (Prep-meeting, Initial Inspection & Final Inspection) inspection procedure is being followed and documented.
- Reviewing materials received and ensure that they are being checked and documented.
- Ensuring that all test results (both passing and failing) are being forwarded to the COE and filed. Failing test is being resolved and action has been taken to resolve and prevent failing tests.
- Ensuring that all non-compliances are being resolved and recommendations to prevent future occurrence are being adopted.
- Issuing bi-weekly report referring to all previous activities and forward it to top management.
Responsibilities including:
- Preparing and approving the QA/QC/HSE, procedure and work instructions.
- Preparing and Approving quality plans for different projects.
- Ensuring that suitable and sufficient training is provided at all levels of organization.
- Advising management on the implementation of company HSE policy.
- Monitoring accident trends and ensuring that accidents and near misses are recorded and investigated.
- Assisting in the preparation of safe systems of work.
- Co-coordinating company HSE activities.
- Monitoring all Quality Control activities.
- Preparing Audit plans and conducting Quality/HSE Audits.
- Presenting Audit findings for senior management.
- Maintaining the Quality management System current in accordance with ISO 9001 /2000.
- Maintaining the Health& Safety management System current in accordance with OHSAS 18001.
- Preparing, organizing and conducting Quality / HSE training programs.
