o Revising the invoices (Inco terms, prices, Quantities, Right placed material, well acknowledged dates, etc) and reviewing any price discrepancies between the placed Purchase orders and the written agreement with suppliers, and escalate those discrepancies to higher levels to fix them either by credit notes, or returning goods to vendors.
o Paying regular visits to suppliers to follow up orders/building strong partnership relation with suppliers.
o Offering accurate forecast to suppliers on monthly basis to smoothen the logistic flow as much as possible.
o Measuring the Quality of Service of approved suppliers for all suppliers.
• Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures.
