- Develop & implement the business plan targets by model and sales channel to achieve the company goals and targets.
- Managed the branch daily attendance and reported to HQ any issues relating to HR and Admin.
- Managed the relationships with banks for customer finance and all traffic police related issues like TAMM website based system.
- Managed all company demo car usage to ensure proper customer support and eliminate employee abuse
