Main Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate processes and gaps in the implementation of activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Supervising the activities at the FCSS (Females and child safe space), in relation to the proper referral mechanism.
• Coordinate with the UNHCR, FPD, IMC, IRC, and NHF, to follow on the cases management, and to have the proper inputs and notes taken for each case.
• Follow up on the cases reunifications, specially the Single Females, the separated minors, in corporation with the FPD, UNHCR, and the other concerned departments.
• Assist the team members to specify their work plans and evaluate individual team members’ performance.
• Plan, design and implement capacity-building plans for the team members.
• Overall supervision of the workers’ Incentive, define their activity plans, reporting their attendance, reporting their payments requests to finance department, and reporting their evaluation to the community team.
• Monitor the progress of the activities to the assigned staff and ensure they implemented conform planning and quality standards.
• Coordinating with the HR unit for the team HR related Issues, such as leave planes, trackers, and attendance. etc.
• Ensure the proper pathway and reporting the pending referrals cases to the concerned partners.
• Ensure the proper stocking, daily distribution of the NFI’s for the arrivals.
• Involved in the interviewing of new candidates and recruitment process.
• Flagging and reporting the special cases and following on the needed protection support with the UNHCR.
• Submitting regular and needed reports on time to the management.
• Liaise and coordinate with other humanitarian organizations.
• Responsible for reception area to receive and guide the donators and VIP guests.
More responsibilities during covid-19 emergency response
• Supporting the emergency distributions, by supervising the implementation team, the stock movements, and managing the team schedules.
• Supporting the emergency response planning, by evaluating the team capacities and needs based on the current and estimated needs.
• Having a part in the emergency response planning, and supporting to set the re-entry plans, work schedules, estimate the next steps needs.
• Field supervision for the response operations, the delivery mechanisms, the fleet movements, and the staff responsiveness.
• Generate and qualify leads & opportunities against key variables such as budget, timing, and decision-making process.
• Set up meetings with prospects to determine their needs and requirements.
• Prepare & conduct presentations of the properties.
• Prepare financial alternatives and payments plan that suit client’s budget.
• Prepare the comparison between rental vs investing.
• Deal with investors directly who are interested investing in real estate for significant returns.
• Calculate the ROI for the rental pool, off plan projects and market trend.
• Negotiate and close opportunities.
• Participate in conferences and trade shows to generate leads and explore market trends.
• Submit regular reports to the Sales Director.
• Generate and qualify leads & opportunities against key variables such as budget, timing, and decision-making process.
• Set up meetings with prospects to determine needs and requirements, and to promote the products and services of the company.
• Follow up with existing customers before the end of the insurance contracts to renew their contracts and work on the development of sales in the company's portfolio.
• Develop and sustain long-term account management and development strategy with customers.
• Participate in conferences and trade shows to generate leads and explore market trends.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example on the sales floor. Deal with customer complaints effectively and promptly.
• Ensure that standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with the team, passing on all relevant information at the right time.
• Constantly seek new opportunities to drive and create additional sales.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of tills, floats, and petty cash.
• Manage the POS system, including amendments, trouble shooting and error logging.
• Maintain optimum stock levels in store through monitoring stock and placing orders with the Purchase department.
• Ensure goods received into and dispatched from store are checked and discrepancies are resolved.
• Manage stock takes in store in liaison with the Stock control team / Area manager.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and monitored in store.
• Manage day by day the sales and the operations.
• Follow up with the marketing campaigns.
• Handle pricing and promotional activity.
• Manage the sales representatives and set the sales targets and the incentives.
