Handling all issues related to a group of students, managing the admission and registration team. Working on accreditations, and developments of programs, in addition to all tasks related to the registrar starting the admissions up to graduation.
Handling all issues related to systems management (the SIS and all support applications), security management, setups, designing and generating and analyzing reports, auditing, and training for users including faculty, being member of the registration leadership team, developing, evaluating and implementing polices, in addition to managing all the tasks under the office of the registrar from the technical side with participation in the operational side.
Supervising the customer services units, handling exceptional cases and advanced scenarios, conduct students’ orientations, graduation ceremonies and other major events, as well as representing the registration manager and the university registrar, and acting on their behalf in the university committees and councils.
