Mostly wroking as store In charge and handling the store instead of the store manager, having strong behaviors on how making team loyal and committed to achieve thier & meet deadlines to finish their tasks, time managment, follow up on maintenance, daily & weekly reports, fainancal reports, banking & cash control, audit requirments, evaluat all sales under me, train the team on new launches products in KSA for the brand to keep them alignment with brand vision & startegy, preparing store for up coming sale, taking full responsibilty on store appearance.
Create monthly action plan to achieve the BP and studding the buisness needs and indentify all the fundamentals to achieve the BP.
Achievements/always has been achieved all monthly targets, stocktake annual inventory achieved as per brand target, achieved three in raw excellence customer service according to the brand expectations, minimize & reduce store loss.
Leading the team according to the brand startegy to achieve the weekly, monthly BP enhance to maximize the store revenues, stock control & minimizing stock loss, train the team, forcing to acheive the forecast, making sure that each customer been assisted, follow up on daily basis brand updates for VM, floor walk, and practice it in timely manner, review team performance and report it to line manager .
Daily communications, solving customer complaints .
Making sure that every customer aasisted with professionalism customer experience, making sure all belw are visible to all gusts whom visiting store, products visibility, store cleanliness, VM standard, controling all customers on shop floor, a very good team player, target achiever, fast learner, talented on increasing team achievements, supporting other colleagues.
