1.Perform typing and MS Office duties using the appropriate computer software.
2.Receive and sort incoming mail; ensure supervisor is aware of items of special interest; locate and attach referenced background material; distribute to staff members as appropriate; make photocopies of material required; classify and file documents including confidential material and dispatches mail.
3.Carry out routine actions requiring the gathering and compiling of files and other information; contact other organizations, departments and units to obtain or co-ordinate material or information as and when required.
4.Maintain and update a computerized system (consolidated list of documents on shared drive) of all incoming and outgoing documents and information and its follow-up status with internal staff.
5.Monitor annual and short-term requirements for office supplies; collect information on office needs; prepare orders and keep track of such requirements for budget preparation and monitoring purposes, where appropriate.
6.Monitor the schedule of supervisor and arrange for meetings and appointments; screen visitors and telephone calls for supervisor; bring forward matters to the attention of supervisor/s including deadlines and pending matters and handle routine correspondence, as required.
7.Arrange for and may attend meetings as requested; may prepare summaries of such meetings upon instruction of supervisor and undertake resulting follow-up action.
8.Fill in for the Service Desk Assistant to receive and log service desk call during the Service Desk Assistant absence.
9.Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

1.Assists the LOSA with the receipt, registration and case management of appeals files, including receiving, transmitting, filing and storage of all documents related to each case file, both in hard copy and electronically, preparing reports as requested, drafting routine correspondence to staff, reviewing incoming e-mails to the LOSA account and preparing draft responses and contacting and sending template to the staff.
2.Assists the LOSA in managing and administering the human, financial and other resources allocated to the LOSA and in advising the LOSA on administrative, personnel and logistical matters related to the registry’s operational activities, including preparing monthly attendance sheets for all members of the LOSA, preparing all documents related to travel of members of the LOSA, making all logistical arrangements for travel, and outreach/training sessions, and making all purchases and drafting service contracts as needed for the functioning of the LOSA, including liaising and following through with the budget, finance and procurement departments.
3.Contacts other Departments and Divisions; obtains or coordinates material on information as when required.
4.Ensures the provision and control various supplies and maintains appropriate records thereof.
5.Participates in the preparation of periodic reports on the work of the LOSA.
6.Assists in maintaining custody of the seals, stamps and archives of the LOSA.

16.Ability to connect teleconference and video connection panels using Polycom system.
17.Arrange, organize and booking video conference rooms with the relevant parties inside and outside Jordan.

My graduate project Electronic School Bag System (ESBS) which is about the conversion the mathematical book for third grade from hard copy in to soft copy, i used ASP.NET under C# with Silver light for programming the project.
