Majdoul Tower. Project consist of MV Switch gear, 5 RMU’S, 11 Dry Transformers, 11 MDBS with 160 sub main and distribution panels
serving all building and external landscape areas. including all low current systems (CCTV, Security, Intercom, parking
management, parking guide system, communication, lighting control include DALI and EIB, BMS and others)
Roles and Responsibilities
Detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction
sequencing and project schedule.
Perform construction management and related services such as Work Scheduling, Monitoring and Control.
Ensure that the contractor organizes the work force in execution of all job.
Monitor Contractors work schedule. If the actual work completed by the Contractors is less than the forecast, he shall suggest appropriate
corrective actions to be taken by the Contractors.
Planning and achieving targets of daily activities.
Monitor the progress of daily and weekly schedule of work and update.
Review all Construction Contractors Design Submittals including detailed design calculation and other similar/related activities and ensure that
all design details submitted by construction contractors comply with Company’s requirements.
Inspect all contractors incoming materials for damage and for compliance with Contracts Technical Specifications.
maintain quality control procedures for installation of the projects and shall monitor all inspection functions in coordination with
Project Engineer & Quality Engineer.
Hold weekly construction progress meetings separately with Contractors to determine work progress, discuss problems,
coordinate actions, plan and anticipate future requirements.
Witness all field testing of the projects and all component parts of the projects by the contractors or their appointed inspection agencies in their
entirety.
Inspect the entire work performed under the construction contracts.
Review and certify As Built Drawings prepared by contractor's team and to ensure the accuracy and compliance.
liaise with Surveyors, Safety & QA/QC to ensure smooth implementation of all jobs.
Witness all field testing of the projects and all component parts of the projects by the contractors or their appointed inspection agencies in their
entirety.
Ensure the quality of work is maintained and full filling client requirements.
Ensure safety measures are implemented always.

CMA Tower (King Abdullah Finance District, Riyadh) 75 floors+ 4 basements consist of executive offices, trading floors, Exhibition
halls, restaurants & Auditorium. Total built up area (170000 m2) Total cost SR 2.7 billion). USD (750 million).
Electrical description:
3 MV switchgears, 47 transformers, 46 RMUs, 5 stand-by MV generators, 12000 length meters of MV cables, 46 Low Voltage
Switchers, 5000 length meter of LV BUS DUCT, 70000 length meters of LV Cables, more than 700 Electrical Distribution Boards, UPS, ATS,
STS & lighting systems. Low Current system includes BMS, EIB lighting Control, and Central Battery System. in addition to
300KW photo voltaic system and BMS.
Projects
prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital in king Saud university. Consist of hospital building G+2 with crawl space (280 beds), ancillary
building, housing G+2, villas, mosques, fire station, LPG, gas stations, domestic pump station, municipality pump station,
irrigation station, STP buildings, nursery, swimming pools, generator rooms, administration office, guard rooms, with landscape .
Other medical support services for Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Respiratory, and Rehabilitation are available on site. Also,
Administrative areas which are for conference rooms, lecture halls and other educational facilities, on-call rooms and other
administrative offices.
Electrical description:
MV switch gear, with 11 external substation s, 4 dry transformers, 7 oil transformers, and 700 mains and sub- panels, 5 LV
generators, 8km MV cables, street lighting, landscape lighting, and external metering systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Raise technical query for any conflict information within the project technical documents.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Prepare comparison report between tender, and IFC documents in terms of material quantity, specification and scope of work to commercial
department to claim variation orders.
Prepare value engineering if required for authorized authority.
Follow construction methodologies in coordination with other discipline /contractors/subcontractor’s prior construction.
Engaged in the planning department to define the project activities with scope of work.
Supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output for labors.
Engage in the procurement and planning departments for defining materials required to execute the project and provide technical
support to select the proper materials.
Review technical submittal for materials to ensure its compliance with project specification.
Supervise preparation of full details shop drawings required to execute project.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. Give full extensive instruction to team.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Preparing for electrical Load schedule& single line diagram.
Following for all reports- Daily, weekly& monthly.
Monitoring and implementation the company quality plan at site.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Handing Over the projects
with coordinating with Municipality Authority, Consultants& Clients.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work
procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
To ensure that any variation instructions received from client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by
construction team
Analyzing and resolving field problems
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. Materials take off, and requisition and follow up with suppliers.
Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative
staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and
subcontractors. To ensure the operation and maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line contract specification
and requirements.
Review all technical submittals and verify against project specification and related standards.
Follow up on daily basis with updated client requirements to stand on current design and upgrade accordingly.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Warqa Project, consist of 544 VILLAS (1, 2 stories), with boundary walls, landscape, streets, and public
buildings.
Electrical Description:
Project consist of 544 KWH meters of total demand 48 Mega Watt, 1500 main and sub main panels, street lights, landscape
lights, feeder pillars, in addition to low current systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements;
reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical
studies; preparing cost estimates.
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
