• Monitor and develop the operations of the Livelihoods center.
• Oversee the integration of the various livelihoods services as one complementary package to clients.
• Participate in designing the collection of data on local labour market, trends, livelihoods profiles of villages, market opportunities and skills gaps, to better identify demand-driven opportunities.
• Assist the Senior Livelihoods Manager in assessing service providers and participate in. Selection panels as per IRC procedures.
• Identify vocational trainings based on market needs.
• Draft vocational Training and Soft Skills training TORs.
• Ensure that the trainings are properly implemented (supervising the Skills Officer) and provide feedback on improving the trainings. Participate in the suggestion of new Life skills schemes
• Develop work plans for livelihoods center staff and review progress against set work plans at regular intervals
• Design the collection of data on local labor market, trends, livelihoods profiles of villages, market opportunities and skills gaps, to better identify demand-driven opportunities
• Ensure materials, including IT, office supplies, stationery, refreshments are available for program implementation
• Ensure timely start of apprenticeship schemes and timely and quality submission of
Microenterprise Support applications every cycle, in addition to providing any other support needed for the effective management of Private Sector Engagement activities in the area.
• Arranging appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams.
• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries.
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables & reports.
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts
• Plan (daily, weekly and monthly) the field activities in alignment with the overall project plan; supervise the volunteers (all around Lebanon, especially North area), and ensure follow-up of the various field activities regarding the agreed planning, guidelines, and required quality of the works, specification and design
• Reporting for the whole projects

• Prepare, lead and conduct trainings to volunteers on a weekly basis for program beneficiaries and stakeholders in all the activities and tools needed to extend the capacity building and ensure a good collaboration
• Monitor the project budget and prepare weekly and monthly expenditure plans with the support from the operations
• Support the formulation of the project detailed work plan and make necessary arrangements for its successful implementation in a timely manner
• Prepare project progress reports and identify constraints and issues that require timely resolution and corrective actions and provide constant feedback on progress, lessons learnt, achievements, gaps, and issues to the regional base
• Prepare periodic reports on all activities following specified formats and agreed schedules

• Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of all activities to ensure maximum impact and sustainability
• Liaise with Field Staff for field-visits
• Maintain and track detailed records on quality assessments, indicators, performance and trends and prepare statistics on quality performance and quality success stories as relevant
• Identify priorities and support in development of quality improvement plans in collaboration with the health facilities and the field staff
• Provide supervision for enumerators throughout quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Identify any apparent issues in the program and report them to the appropriate personnel
• Data cleaning on a daily and weekly basis to measure and track the improvements with a reports to the Program Manager
• Reporting for the whole project (Mid & Final report)
