My responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily activities of Quality Assurance Technicians in factories and weekly in outer stores and position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager
• Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
• Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.
• Achieves Quality Assurance operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities, identifying and addressing gaps and problems; completing audits; implementing change and providing regular feedback to the Q regarding system performance and issues.
• Perform gap analysis through regular audits of Quality Systems and proposes plans to the QA to close gaps with the aim to continually improving the performance of Quality Systems to meet recognized industry standards .
• Work closely with the departmental managers to ensure staff are working in compliance with internal policies and procedures, external client expectations and 5S requirements
• Evaluate and recommend alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement.
• Support production leads and operators for interpretation and methods following set standards.
• Conduct meetings regularly with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork. Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent action claims.
• Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
• Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to enterprise quality system, corporate objectives and policies.
• Perform as ISO representative to head quality program.
• Direct audit activities commensurate to production schedules.
• Guide organization personnel through new practices and certifications.
• Interpret quality control system to people within organization.

2- Participated in increasing the food safety awareness of AGTHIA group Egypt staff during my work period till now

a- Concentrates “Tomato paste (C.B & H.B), and Hot Chili”
b- Pulps “Guava, Strawberry”
c- Jars/Cans filling line of Tomato puree
