Providing IT support services and responding rapidly to user requests and logged incidents.
Provide support to faculty and administrative users includes: Installation, configuration, upgrade, trouble-shooting and provide first-level maintenance of needed hardware, desktop software and applications.
Providing problem management process across support groups and review, identify and resolve systemic service-related issues.
Help Disk System Service My Duty :
Update & maintain System.
Follow Up Technicians Via advent software .
- Wire and wireless cameras IP, Installation, configuration, monitoring & backup the system.
- Working in WI FI System, installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting .
Plan and deploy of Workstations, Laptops, Network and Standalone Printers.
Administer ICDL Exam room.
Maintain and support PCs, Laptops, Printers, Projectors and copy machines.
Plan and deploy of upgrading Operating Systems, MS Office, and Desktop Applications.
Deploy, upgrade and support Company software packages.
Help Disk System Service My Duty :
