I am working now as E-Services agent. Primary function of this position is to work the day‑to‑day operations of e-Services, and ensuring that it supports the needs of the customers. Served as point person for problem-solving issues with Home Banking and Bill Payer and other electronic channels.
As a bank customer service representative, I answered the phone and listen to customers' questions and concerns. Also, listen their questions about bank products and try to solve any problems they may have, following the bank's procedures. For example, you may be authorized to cancel bank cards that have been stolen and to issue new cards.
I worked as a part time with Academic advisers serve as liaisons by connecting students with appropriate paths of study in order to achieve their educational goals and provide specialist services to help international students.
I worked as a daycare teacher. I am planning to both long and short-range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.
