Lead the team and ensure maximum business from the team members and guidance to the team members to achieve set targets

11.Establish meeting times, places and agendas and provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

12.Provide intelligence and performance report on a weekly basis to the Management .

13.Daily meet with team members to monitor performance, resolve obstacles and raise any unresolved problems to management.

14.Visiting team's location to monitor performance and assure effective and efficient time management and visit new organizations to get them approved by the Bank as per guidelines.

15.Continues search for new projects, lead and new business avenues
