➢ Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
➢ Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, budgets, and policies and procedures
➢ Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
➢ Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest
standards
➢ Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures & provide a two-way
communication and nurture an ownership.
➢ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
➢ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary
improvements
➢ Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
➢ Environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
➢ Comply with all health and safety regulations
➢ Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

➢ Be responsible for the Pre-Opening of hotel (495 rooms, 5 restaurants, ballroom, 6 bars)
➢ Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
➢ Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
➢ Manage kitchen staff, and service team over 75 (Pre-opening team) to provide dining
experiences to high-profile
➢ Oversee administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, training, equipment and food ordering,
maintenance, and other needs as they arise.
➢ Maintain communication with management staff of hotel
➢ Interact daily with hotel and dining guests to promote brand and accept feedback.
