• Lead the first in-house development of the Enterprise Monitoring Solution (EMS) in Saudi Aramco for Haradh Gas Plant.
• Completed the project in a short period of time (2.5 months instead of 6) with cost saving of $ 185, 000 per solution.
• Lead the EMS development project for the Oil Supply Planning and Scheduling Department (OSPAS).
• Lead the EMS deveopment project for the Northern Area Oil Operation Department (NAOO).

Construction phase:
• Review IT infrastructure requirements and monitor compliance.

• Helpdesk Management:
 Focal Point of Contact between KAUST and EMCOR for the helpdesk.
 Define the services covered by the helpdesk.
 Automate the unavailability and payment adjustment mechanism in the helpdesk system.
 Participate in the development process for new policies and procedures related to helpdesk and data management.
 Work on SAP/Concept Evolution full integration with KAUST IT and FM Contract

• Technical Library Management:
 Establish KAUST permanent data management center.
 Work on the next phase of the data management system (software) with arrangements between EMCOR and KAUST IT.
 Develop the overall plan of the data management.

• SAP Interface Management:
 Assist other Facilities Development divisions in defining their system requirements for KAUST SAP system (Plant Maintenance and Real Estate SAP modules).
 Ensure all SAP modules used by Facilities and Communities (F&C) organization meet the expectations and objective
 Ensure the interface between SAP modules for F&C meet the expectations and the objective of the business process
