 Automate the unavailability and payment adjustment mechanism in the helpdesk system.
 Participate in the development process for new policies and procedures related to helpdesk and data management.
 Work on SAP/Concept Evolution full integration with KAUST IT and FM Contract

• Technical Library Management:
 Establish KAUST permanent data management center.
 Work on the next phase of the data management system (software) with arrangements between EMCOR and KAUST IT.
 Develop the overall plan of the data management.

• SAP Interface Management:
 Assist other Facilities Development divisions in defining their system requirements for KAUST SAP system (Plant Maintenance and Real Estate SAP modules).
 Ensure all SAP modules used by Facilities and Communities (F&C) organization meet the expectations and objective
