My role is to lead the support team of all MOM vertical integration (between MOM systems) as well as horizontal integrations ( SAP- MOM -Process control systems).
• Part of the project team for:
Turnaround system (TA)
Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM)
Conditioning Monitoring Solution
Upcoming Project: Assets Performance Management (APM)
• Assess current situation by looking into exist planning, interface & scheduling solutions.
• Determine technical requirements and retiring plans.
• Assess on data migration and change management needs.
• Lead the first in-house development of the Enterprise Monitoring Solution (EMS) in Saudi Aramco for Haradh Gas Plant.
• Completed the project in a short period of time (2.5 months instead of 6) with cost saving of $ 185, 000 per solution.
• Lead the EMS development project for the Oil Supply Planning and Scheduling Department (OSPAS).
• Lead the EMS deveopment project for the Northern Area Oil Operation Department (NAOO).
Construction phase:
• Review IT infrastructure requirements and monitor compliance.
• Compile IT systems requirements for related facilities operational and maintenance.
• Assist in technology utilization in KAUST Early Childhood Centers and the International school.
• Develop and review several technical documents for establishing:
KAUST Maintenance Division Roles and Responsibilities.
KAUST Facilities Management Concept, Roles and Responsibilities.
Scope of Services for Community Services (Mail, Janitorial, and Office Management).
• Compile IT requirements for developing community services systems (Mail, Janitorial, and Office Management)
Operation Phase:
I was part of the team that implanted the Facilities Management (FM) Program in KAUST. My particular assignment in FM program includes:
• Helpdesk Management:
Focal Point of Contact between KAUST and EMCOR for the helpdesk.
Define the services covered by the helpdesk.
Automate the unavailability and payment adjustment mechanism in the helpdesk system.
Participate in the development process for new policies and procedures related to helpdesk and data management.
Work on SAP/Concept Evolution full integration with KAUST IT and FM Contract
• Technical Library Management:
Establish KAUST permanent data management center.
Work on the next phase of the data management system (software) with arrangements between EMCOR and KAUST IT.
Develop the overall plan of the data management.
• SAP Interface Management:
Assist other Facilities Development divisions in defining their system requirements for KAUST SAP system (Plant Maintenance and Real Estate SAP modules).
Ensure all SAP modules used by Facilities and Communities (F&C) organization meet the expectations and objective
Ensure the interface between SAP modules for F&C meet the expectations and the objective of the business process
• Lead the Operation Integration solution Project in Hawiyah Gas Plant and I-Field Projects.
• Being the focal point of coordination between the plant personnel and the development team.
• Monitor external developments in order to recognize overlapping solutions and encourage standards;
• Facilitate recognition of individual contributions to the project.
• Convene and chairs the Project Management Meetings;
• Report to the Project Manager on matters relating to any project deliverables and milestones defined within his or her purview.
• Design Enterprise Monitoring Solution (EMS) that integrates plants information kingdom wide.
• Expand the solution to serve Saudi Aramco plants kingdom wide.
• Integrate data from different data source (e.g. Oracle, SAP, PI, Excel, Access…etc) in one solution for an effective decision taking.
• Plan, monitor, forecast, coordinate, and schedule the received information and data from different data sources.
• Work closely with users to gather requirements and develop the solution.
• Attends to user requirements and problems and maximizes user satisfaction with EMS system
• Work with the vendor group in configuring, developing, and implementing the solution and the software in all Aramco plants kingdom wide.
• Confers with department heads involved with EMS project to ensure cooperation and further define nature of project.
