1. Trading Unit :
A) Company Portfolio Management: Performing all investment trade relating to the company portfolio (long - medium-short) term investments which is done locally through Kuwait stock exchange or abroad through MENA region markets.
B) Off Balance Sheet Trade: Review and control all over the trade done in favor of funds managed by company or for company clients and evaluate the performance of the traders.
C) Fundamental & Technical Analysis: Involve sometimes in preparing, But mainly Review Tech.& Fun. Analysis relating to the stock markets and the extent traders use this analysis to take their investment decisions.


2. Research & Studies Unit :
A) Feasibility Studies: To perform sometimes, mainly reviewing the company direct investment needed studies to take final decision.
B) Risk Analysis: To Review and go through reports regarding the risk assessment located on all company existing investments, and, guiding company to take the proper decision for expected company investments .
3. Operations Unit :
A) Funds, Portfolios & Department Operations: To make control all over department operations relating to company investments, Funds, and client portfolios.
To ensure the high quality and accuracy level of reports presented to the head management, and, to mentioned authorities (CBK, KSE, .etc) .
4. Real Estate Investment Unit :
To perform sometimes, mainly reviewing the company real estate investment with market valuation and to preparing the needed studies to take final decision for existing investments or new one .

1. Portfolios & Funds Investment Regulation:
Preparation and submission of INVESTMENT PLANS including all investment areas of the company portfolios,
2. Financial & Investment analysis:
To prepare analysis to the both the company and under client management company portfolios to find the proper investment chances through analysis of Stock markets listed companies by using both quality and quantitive analysis methods and studies of another markets as Real-estate opportunities and Direct investment opportunities .
3.MANAGEMENT INFORMATION:
Ensure timely provision of Management Information on a daily / weekly / monthly and yearly basis to the portfolios and funds positions, performance, and risk analysis.
4.Funds & Portfolios Operation works :
Contribute to all related funds & portfolios operation works including transfer of sharers certificate, follow up with authorities, and all settlement works.

1. BUDGET & BUDGETARY CONTROL:
Preparation and submission of BUDGET including all areas of the company,
2. Financial & Investment analysis: To prepare analysis to the position of the company and to find the proper investment opportunities through analysis of Kuwait investment market.
3. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION: Ensure
timely provision of Management Information on a daily/ weekly/ monthly and yearly basis
4. Company Strategy: Contribute to the development of company strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making
5. Information System: Assist the IS department in the creation and implementation of financial related information systems.
6. Equity Funds :
Control over all preparation of Net Asset Value
NAV) for funds
• Fully control on all transaction related to the funds
• Actively perform the Kuwait Stock Exchange Deals done by funds managers on daily basis.
• Finalized of all financial statements & analysis to the funds
7. Real Estate Funds :
• Net Asset Value (NAV) for funds pepration control
• Fully control on all transaction related to the funds
• Analyze of real estate investment opportunities available on Kuwait markets by a proper & accurate way
• Prepare all financial & Fund analysis ( e.g. Ratios methods ) every NAV calculation (e.g., Investment growth, return on investment, NAV changes, & Investment Concentration, …etc, )
• Prepare of all financial statements.
• Prepare of Central Bank Of Kuwait Reports Needed.

Involved in planning, supervision and control of audits
- Assist and guide Audit Seniors to carryout audit assignments
According to risk involved, nature and complication of the
Work review and finalization of Audits.
- Involved mainly in investment companies audit.
- Preparing of central bank of Kuwait reports for our investment clients.
- Supervision of all investment & real estate deals done by our investment
Clients.
- Involving in preparing of process map for our investment companies

Computerization etc
- Discuss with clients all audit queries and outstanding
Issues in order to finalize the Audit
- Report to partners re-progresses of audits and discuss ways

• In addition, following KPMG, I work as an Internal financial analyst & advisor In KUWAIT INVESTMENT AUTHORITY as per contract with KPMG Responsible for :
internal analyst and advisor for the new investments and to involve in preparing all needed studies (e.g. market, benefit, return on investment studies, …etc)
