Main responsibilities:
-Responsible for all financial activities related to a business unit including invoicing, revenue recognition, cost management, forecasting, and budgeting. Provides analysis and financial advice to the Business Unit General Manager to enhance continued financial success.
- Manages employees to ensure all contracts are invoices and recognized
properly.
- Reviews expense invoice activity and records accruals appropriately
- Reviews payroll activity to ensure proper accounting

- Collaborated with external Auditor for conducting successful quarterly and yearly
-Work on the first-time adoption of the IFRS / IAS and find the major areas of changes in group financial statements and presented to CFO also make and implement the detail plan for VAT and supervise the monthly return filling.
- Producing standard and financial reports including variance explanations
- Analyze cost rates and changeability of employees for proper cost
allocations
- Review financial results with Business Unit General Managers including comparison to forecasts and budgets
- Preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reports and expenses analyses and comparison on Monthly Basis
- Preparing yearly Budget.
- Managing Payroll for the Company's 250 employees
- Controlling overheads Of SR. 85, 000, 000 Per Year
-Controlling & Management of Bank Guaranties /Letter of Credit/Bank Facilities for all bank Accounts.
-Management of Loans & investment.
-leadership for finance team & Manage the team comprising of Distributor Accounting, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, Management Reporting, Corporate Planning and Risk Management.
-Develop and implement treasury policy/ accounting and corporate tax strategy in line with the regional and global policies.
-Minimize impact/financial exposure of the company through proactive management of regulatory issues, proper risk assessment for insurance arrangement, effective tax planning and compliance with relevant roles.
-Drive the management reporting process that provides the leadership team with monthly financial information and Key Performance Indicators on financial performance, to facilitate effective decision making.
