•Managing all sales activities in all markets .
•Preparation of business plans for the company in all markets (market analysis, stating goals and objectives with specific forecast, defining clear strategies to achieve these objectives and budgeting including Profit and Loss staetment ).
•Preparation of quarterly plans of action to achieve the overall objectives .
• Achieving sales targets through controlling and monitoring the implementation of the sales people to the plans.
•Recruiting and improving the skills of our people towards the business through continous training and coaching .
•Supervising the performance of our agents in all markets regarding; the stock of goods, purchase orders and registration of our products .
A-KSA Market :
•Preparation of marketing plans to achieve both the long and short-term objectives of products or products line .
• Preparation of quarterly plans of action based on the marketing plan, detailing the actions and objectives relevant to all customer segments in relation to the product / products line.
•Follw up the proper implementaion of the plans by our sales team .
B-Other Gulf Countries ( Qatar & Bahrain ):
Managing both marketing ( as in KSA) and sales aspects in these countries :
•Establishing these markets for the company. ie, launching the company and her products .
•Achieving overall sales objectives through implementation of the market plans and optimal control on the sales process and agent's performance .
•Building good image for the company among our employees, MOH, and the medical community.
•Recruiting, training, developing our staff according the company's strategies and standards .
•Supervising the performance of our distributor in the market in respect of ditribution the goods to the customors, keeping the proper stocks in his stores and registration of our items
1 -Establishing KSA market for hayat company(launching the company and her products) 2 -Achieving overall sales objectives through proper implementation of the market plans and strategies .3- Suggesting proper marketing strategies to the marketing department ( products positioning, budgets, , , etc)4- Developing and improving the skill of our people towards business through proper training and coaching. 5- supervising the performance of our agent in the market regarding distribution of goods to customers ( pharmacies and hospitals ) and registration of our items in MOH .
1- Establishing Yemeni And Sudanese markets ( Launching the company and her products ) 2- Achieving overall Sales objectives in these markets through proper implementation of the market plans and optimal control on the sales process and agent's performance .3-Recruiting, training and developing our staff according companies strategies and standards . 4 - controlling the performance of the medical reps through continuous coaching, field visits and sales analysis .5 -building good image for the company among our employees, MOH and medical community. 6- Registration of the products through continuous visits to key persons there .6- Supervising the performance of our agents in Yemen and Sudan .
1- To survey Export markets ( Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Algeria and Iraq) and their potential opportunities, risks and competitors .2 - Suggest the suitable marketing strategy for each country and the products to be registered and to be launched in each country based on comprehensive marketing survey 3 - build good relations and contacts with key persons in MOH, private sector .4- following up the registration of our product there. 5- achieving overall sales objectives in these markets .6- Develop and improve the skills of our people toward business through continuous training and coaching
