All matters related to SFDA or GCC registration procedures including:
Checking and preparation of the new registration submissions for assigned products (generics, and herbal).
Checking the registration CDs in CTD, NeeS or eCTD formats for all products.
Reviewing the prescribing documents (SPCs, Package inserts, labels) to assure compliance with the SFDA and GCC requirements.
Review the Variations to Marketing Authorizations addressed to SFDA or GCC.
Provide support to other departments that rely on Regulatory Affairs to complete a project.
Checking and preparation for any registration renewal application to comply with SFDA or GHC requirements.
Represent Salehiya est. Regulatory Affairs Team during inspections /audits by the SFDA, GCC or other international regulatory bodies and provide support as needed.
Performs other required duties & responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.
بناء العلاقات والتواصل الدائم مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
التجهيز والإعداد المسبق لأي أوراق أو مستندات قد يحتاج إليها العميل لإجراء الاتفاقات وإبرام العقود.
شرح تفصيلي لكافة منتجات وخدمات الشركة العامل بها، وتشجيع العملاء على اقتنائها.
الاهتمام بمشاكل العملاء والمساعدة في حلها، ونقل الشكاوى والاقتراحات إلى إدارة الشركة.
إعداد خطط عمل واضحة (يومية/أسبوعية/شهرية) وإجراء التحسينات الدورية عليها.
الانجازات :تحقيق الهدف بشكل دوري و تغطية كافة العملاء في المناطق المسؤول عنها
كما قد عملت على مختلف خطوط الأدوية من OTC و Chronic و Antibiotic
