-Proactively lead, manage and execute the disciplined sales process from start to finish

- Act as team leader internally and externally during the entire sales process.
-Exhibit extensive knowledge of the customers, business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and is able to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization.
-Provide strategic vision for order, margin and growth in new accounts, new markets, and new geographies while driving self and others for positive business results for HBS.
-Provide teaming approach to critical analysis, wins or losses with the district or regional sales teams and shares best practices with both sales and leadership.

*Leading the sales, presales & prescription team in the Western & Southern region of Saudi Arabia for the building business unit of Schneider Electric. Actually, The aim is to strengthen ties with the customers and at the same time to develop strong ties with our system integrators, and yet meet targets committed for the Western & Southern region for both of the transaction business" Partner Business" and the Solution Business that is related mainly to two main scopes: Building Automation & Integrated security solutions.
*Monitors the competition and analyze competitors offer positioning at country level (strategy, marketing mix …) develop the structured cabling business in KSA by preparing all the necessary tools for a successful launch and the right guidelines to target the market.
*Ensures that all relevant actors (sales, customer marketing, communication, customer care, logistics, … ) are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the country and have the right tools/methodologies, and managing channels such as System integrators and distributors technically and commercially.
*Propose to the Product Department the adaptation needed to comply with local specificity and work on getting approvals from all departments by approving Schneider products in Ministries like ministry of (interior, Higher education, Health, etc...)
*Opening a new Business channels.
*Develop & maintain the running channels.
*Prescribe our products in the specifications of the mega projects.
By working closely with the consultant.
*Handling the Key accounts & focusing on the mega projects.
* Support the partners in order to enhance the business flow.
