• Lead the Customer Service implementation as agreed on the contract depending of the Solution or service offered.
• Manage the stakeholders (Customer, Program Manager, Local wireless Operator, technical team(s) and Business as Usual support team) requirements, expectations and deliverables for each work package involved end to end.
• Creating/Executing a plan for engaging with OPAs and Customer service centers(relationship management, different languages support, cultural considerations)
• Acting as customer and OPA SPOC with overall ownership of country delivery activities.
• First line Support Specialist for Vodafone New Zealand customers via phone.
• Provide customers with all required information related to the company products and services with delighting them with a superior customer service via phone.
• Applying FCR concept for all customer’s inquires.
• Prioritizing and achieving multiple tasks, establishing and meeting deadlines.
• Follow up all customers related issues and provide timely feedback to Customers.
