- Managed complex Programs including Abu Dhabi Government recruitment enhancements Saudi Arabia Job search and matching solution. Both programs had multiple projects and involved multiple stakeholders. This includes collecting SLRs, negotiating and finalizing SLAs, and creating and reviewing OLA and UC.
- Set up the operation processes and functions for our major clients including Abu Dhabi Government and Saudi Arabia Government solution to make sure we consistently meet the SLAs.
- Managed multiple large project of delivering Bayt Branded Career Channel, a SaaS solution to more than 60 clients including customization and integration.
- Created and defined all project management standards, templates and procedures and updated them over the last 4 years to match the evolving business needs
