1- القيام بجميع عمليات الاستلام والتحقق من الاصناف وتخزينها في المستودع (باسلوب مناسب ) والتحقق من المواصفات والكميات والنوعية المطابقة لامر الشراء وتسجيلها ضمن الارصده المخزنية 2- عمل مكان مناسب يتناسب مع كل صنف بمساحات تخزينية وتوزيع سليم وصلاحيات معينه وفقا .. لتجانس كل صنف ولضمان فرص الاحتفاظ بخصائصها ومكوناتها الاساسية والاخذ بعين الاعتبار المقومات الطبيعية ( حرارة ، رطوبه ، اشعة ، تهوية ، مساحات .. الخ 3- العمل على سهوله السحب والاستلام من المخزون على طبيعه نوع السحب والاخذ بمبدأ ( الاقدم اول باول fifo ) 4- متابعة ارصدة المستودع والمخزون بصفه دورية ومراجعة الاصناف لبيان مدى السحب والوقاية من جعل الموجودات ( قيد التلف او الفقدان او الركود او الضياع والعمل على منع هذ الحالات بالطرق الممكنه ومتابعة اشكال الجرد الربعي والشهري والسنوي مع لجنة الجرد . 5 - تامين منطقة التخزين بتسجيل الاصناف بالطرق المناسبة على بطاقات الصنف والنظام الخاص بها والمعلومات المتعلقه بها ومكان كل صنف location لسهوله الوصول اليه 6- التخطيط المستمر للمستودع ومتابعة العاملين وارسال التقارير الدورية واليومية ( الالمام بالعمل على الحاسب الالي ) 7- كل مايتعلق بالمستودع من نظافة وترتيب ورص ومناولة ومتابعة والتعامل .
responsible for maintaining materials in its custody and all inclusions stores from damage, theft or loss or fire.
* responsible for the work of organizing the material in stock in terms of rated and arranged and sound methods defined
* check the receipt and disbursement of raw materials to and from various actors according to rules and procedures within the company.
*. responsible for editing all Exchange permissions and manual and automated item cards first hand on a daily basis and regularly
*. responsible for processing and arrangement of the material exchange requests and delivery and the recipient's signature on the ear drainage
* requesting reports for stores
* responsible for managing employees of the stores reflected on the Organization and functioning within the stores.
* review all authorizations before being sent to the Administration and computer input
* responsible for reporting Stagnant and chemicals that will terminate their powers after 6 months and 3 months for the Director
Project Manager and stores to be converted and utilized before expiration if not used during this project
The period
Upgrading the work place from an organized warehouse to a large consistent store and dividing the raw materials and materials into sub-stores inside the head store. This was in Al-Mukhtar Company for General Contracting and Supplies, during which 4 major projects were implemented, the largest being the school, nursery and playground
