Formulating and implementing a long-range retail asset management.
Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans aligned with the departmental strategy and budget

Enforce facility policies, Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, PM Job task planning and organizing.
Provide maintenance services for stores and offices commercial building such as Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling, Painting and AC.
Manage all facilities operations such as customer services, cleaning and maintenance.
Prepare and review all maintenance and operations contracts.
Reporting to the President and manage all soft and hard services.

Prepare and review all maintenance and operations contracts.

Train engineers and designers the 3d Modeling using Auto CAD and 3d Max.

Responsibilities: Consultation, Supervision, Training, Coordination, Design and reviewing training programs.
Studying the training requirements and design training programs. Responsibilities included:
Built up data base and software using Oracle for IPA facilities management Dept ( consists of locations, equipments, failures, customers, BOMs, vendors, suppliers and staff)
Programs design in maintenance management, maintenance management using computer, computer aided drafting and design and consult number of projects and O & M issues.
