o In charge of the operation & maintenance of Facilities buildings & equipment (electricity, BMS, fire alarm, elevators, HVAC, etc….).
o Control and schedule all day to day maintenance activities on Colleges Compound, routine and non-routine.
o Manage teams of outsourced maintenance contractors and ensures they are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
o Coordinate the necessary works for shutdowns of RMU, Switchgear and Transformer.(LV&MV)
o Responding immediately to Customer complaint, breakdown, shutdown and urgent maintenance.
o Liaise & coordinate with suppliers to secure maintenance spare parts.
o Assist the Department Director with tender/negotiate/contracts with Service Suppliers.
o Work with the Department Director in bidding analysis and prepare the contractual work for contractors.
The project consists of 5 Field Production Facilities (FPF), 1 Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and 6 Pump Stations. Most of production facilities are running with ABB freelance 2000 (AC 800F) DCS and YOKOGAWA (safe guard) Centum 1000 controller for ESD system. Field Transmitters are ABB, Honeywell, Rosemount, Siemens, Khrone, E&H and control valves are Serven Glocon and Fisher valves. ESD valves are Dembla valves and Rotork valves.
Achievements
o Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test a wide variety of industrial instrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature and position.
o Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all metering control instruments.
o Use pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing devices to inspect and test instrument and system operation, and diagnose faults of plants & equipments.
o Read and Interpret loop diagrams, P&ID wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and specifications in making, installations or performing major repair work.
o Contribute in the yearly preventing maintenance overhaul for Heater Treater, air compressor, metering skid, power plant, and Vis-breaking unit.
o Maintain and repair the RTU (Free-Expand) system used for control wellhead & OGM in oil field, PLCs (Omron, Siemens step 7), DCS (ABB Free Lance) system, and ESD (Yokogawa) system in CPF, FPFs.
o Skilled at performing and documenting completion of maintenance, calibration, installation, fault location, and repair of electric, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and systems
o Operating & monitoring of MSCs, GMSC and TMSC Huawei (MSOFTX3000, MGW8900 LMT).
o Monitoring the performance of HLR, VLR.(HLR SMU Client)
o Basic knowledge of Radio GSM Systems (Base transceiver Station Systems BSS), & Transmission Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH, PDH).
o Excellent knowledge of Core Network Deployment & GSM Network architecture.
o Monitoring the electrical construction activities for contractors on daily basis.
o Inspections & Approvals (Inspections of received material, Inspections of executed work and Materials & Submittal Approvals; all these according to the project specifications)
o Write site instructions and reports.
o Liaising with client and contractors.
o Draftsmen (revise and design electrical drawings).
o Prepare the bill of quantities.
Responsible for Project Quality Management.
Coordinate, liaise and communicate closely with PMC (Project Management Consultant) on day to day work activities.
Prepare the quality procedures.
Identify activities that are to be controlled, the controlling specification and the control mechanism.
Monitoring & Supervise & Inspections all site (FPF & FSF) activities.
Prepare dossier to take Mechanical Completion (MC) & Provisional Acceptance (PA) certificate
