1. In charge of overlooking all activities necessary for the execution of all aluminum and glazing works at sites.
2. Attending site meetings with Consultants and Contractors. Attending to all their requirements, providing them with weekly updates, follow ups with submittals and approvals.
3. Arranging Submittals for new projects, and following up with Contractor/Consultant/Client for approvals.
4. Coordinate with Design Department for shop drawings and design.
5. Carry out weekly meetings with Project Engineers to monitor the progress of works, pending submittals, approvals, etc… Reviewing reports of site progress and dealing directly with management In charge of raising all site related correspondences with Contractor.
6. In charge of all contractual matters related to a project (variations).
7. Delivering the project(s) on time.

Manage aluminum works projects

1-Constantly produce reports that monitor correct execution of the plans and produces proper feedback for correction purposes.

2- Responsible for the maintenance of the machinery.

3- Review all fabrication and installation order and distribute them to team leader for execution.

4- Supervise all production technician and work in the factory and on the site.

5- Calculate monthly productivity, compensation distribution which is related to employee.

6- Operate the (ERP) system, and follow all required steps to ensure controlled movement of material and effective utilization of resources.

A) AS Production Engineer:

1. Preparing material submittal and samples for the approved project.

2. Preparing of Material Procurement depend on the approved shop drawing.

3. Preparing of production order as per Master Program of the project (include curtain wall, doors, windows, handrail, cladding, staircase and glass)

4. Updating and programming LOGIKAL software to keep it suitable to use for any new project requirements.

5. Monitor the Factory compliance to approved methods, quality standard, policies and procedures.

6. Prepare various production reports as required.

7. Set the production schedule and instructions of Daily work and make sure that it will be properly followed by the production team.


B) AS Technical Engineer:

1. Working with design team producing a high standard of facade wall systems drawings and designs.

2. To assure complete responsibility of technical support for successful production and execution of projects.

3. To provide proactive resolution of all technical issues.

4. Work in close collaboration with technical team to create engineering solutions when required.

5. To manage technical solutions for Aluminum Curtain Walls,
Skylights, Aluminum Composite Panel, Doors and Windows.

6. To work in close collaboration with the Projects Manager, and attend project meetings as may be deemed necessary for the progress of the projects.
