Recruitment and Training Assistant Manager في National Gas Group

o Develop the company an annual training plan to refresh or upgrade the skills of all employees
o Assist the training manager in establishing the training budget to be approved by the Managing Director
o Design the Department training programs and supervise the whole training process (planning, implementation, evaluation, accreditation) for employees, in coordination with line managers
o Liaise with external training providers including identification of course objectives and content and refer trainees to appropriate providers to ensure trainees receive maximum available assistance.
o Follow up evaluation of training courses and trainees for on-job & external courses.
o Prepare accurate and up-to-date training records to ensure all documentation is completed for all staff and maintain educational materials library
o Maintain database for training companies and institutes.
o Organize new employee orientation to promote awareness toward company policy & objective.
o Conduct on-site visit to new training providers for qualification.
o Act as training department representative for audits
o Conduct the Initial screening interviews for candidates assessing their appearance, behavior, and education, and social level, knowledge with job description, language proficiency, computer skills and training.
o Implement recruitment plans and programs.
o Update and developing the recruitment database and maintaining CV archiving systems.
o Handle the searching, screening and selection process for CVs and preparing shortlists accordingly.
o Conduct occupational tests for candidates including computer test and translation test.
o Evaluate the candidates and follow up the transfer of the selected candidate.
o Regularly update the company’s organization chart and submit it to the Recruitment Manager for review and approval.
o Prepare advertisements with company vacant positions according to Recruitment Manager Request.
o Prepare job descriptions and submitting them to Recruitment Manager for review and approval.
