Assigned as the company IT that create domain users
for the company, responsible for the company servers,
in-addition to maintenance inside/outside the company in hardware/software fields, provides any IT area tasks such as creating E-mails, Formatting, Backups, Security, Troubleshooting, Networking, ..etc.
Responsible on Implementing major updates/ Fixes that require onsite involvement, Implementing tests on site after each installation, Conducting customer on site product training, Contacting Product Specialist for any problem, inquiry, fix or update needed on each implementation, Follow up on the implemented site until there are no pending issues, Installing and activate Globitel products inside and outside Jordan and assisting installing patches/fixes.
Good knowledge in VoltHRMS concepts, understanding
every HR features used in the system such as delays,
overtime, leaves, vacations, advanced vacations,
attendance, time sheet, ESS, additional salaries,
loans, etc..., experience in integration, creating scripts in Microsoft SQL server, creating batch files and C# coding.
