and maintenance policy to reliability centered maintenance

vehicles years of manufacturing are from 1997 to 2012.

warehouse to assure service level.
Responsible for Contacting outside service providers, Approving new fleet vehicles and equipment specifications, Maintaining database for fleet expenses, employee training, incidents and accidents actions, Developing an efficient workshop schedule, Setting KPIs for the section, Setting preventive maintenance schedule, Budget preparing and compliance, Arrange motorized equipment and transportation vehicles existence in several sites according to the projects time plan and renting any other needed vehicles or equipment, Prepare a monthly charging report to the GM to explain the cost of leasing internal equipment and vehicles in comparison with external, Following the insurance and drivers licenses and vehicles registration actions and time plan.
•Job description :-
1-Plan and schedule all regular-preventive- and corrective maintenance planning and supervision.
It is including releasing orders, creating orders and setting time table to achieve all required maintenance.
2-Investigating the sudden breakdown and accidents and decide who is the. responsible for damage
3-Keeping the vehicle safe and in good condition
4-Monitoring the driver and the representative behavior and safety driving rules following
5-breakdown analysis and solutions that may contain design adjustment on vehicles
6-Dealing with outsource-maintenance contractors and service providers-.
7-Plan Fleet Services and operation budget based on past year expenses and (CPK) basis; adjusts and administrate all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, .
8-Diagnoses vehicles from minor body and fender work; engine overhauls to troubleshoots problems when needed.
9-Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures of each vehicle, maintenance, gasoline, repair parts, supplies, etc.
10-Provide monthly reports for each vehicle repaired
11-Checks on all repair work performed in workshops. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicles back to duty.
12-Working on fleet KPI’s that allows only 3% stoppage of total working days per month.
13-Spare parts inventory supervision, controlling and setting minimum and maximum storage limits .
14-Asset (trucks) assessment and junk pricing.
15-Cooperation with R&D section to improve fleet efficiency.
16-Setting budget and budget compliance plan.
17-Annual depreciation planning.
18-Calculating average fuel consumption based on average mileages.
