Holding the position of Unit Head Assets Management, I established and currently manage its operations,
tasks, and duties of which Asset Management, outsourcing and acquisition for Tv shows and films, Décor
operations execution, ARMM warehouses management:
• Establishing the units’ core foundation as a new structure within the department’s scope of work.
• Developing and implementing new policies and procedures for the Assets management, décor,
and warehouses systems to achieve better operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and manage the challenging daily media production assets, décor and equipment needs,
maintenance and requirements.
• Providing support for programs and planning department in acquisition for TV shows, films, series
and outsourcing production houses, teams, reporters for worldwide projects as production
documentaries, special reports, and coverages.
• Collaborate with set designers and executors to implement and design new sets for programs and
news shows.
• Assigning, controlling, and monitoring the unit’s daily tasks and duties.
• Training, assessing, and contributing to the unit’s productivity and outcomes.
• Cost optimization the stock inventory ability through short- and long-term strategies.
• Liaising and negotiating with respect to policies and procedures with internal and external
stakeholders that contribute to the achievement of the organizational objectives.
• Developing safety, security policies and rules within the unit and train employees to follow and
monitor its safe application.
• Producing regular inventory, insurance and stock reports that benefit the business’s overall
decision-making processes.
• Managing the technical maintenance team and a following up on equipment maintenance and spare
parts.
• Plan strategically to update/upgrade the production and operations needs such as equipment,
accessories, or trainings.
• Ensure that all ARMM material and/or services adhere to a defined set of quality and meets the
requirements needed.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and IT to purchase and/or upgrade equipment, workstations,
hardware, and software when needed.

Managed the section’s daily operational activities that supported the Media Production, Logistics, Fleet
and Warehousing Management duties:
• Oversee the process of the production and operations matters concerning programs and TV shows
recordings and ENG crews as needed.
• Manage TV production duties covering assignment and schedule, production logistics and support,
décor, field operations, stores operations, drivers…
• Collaborate with set designers and executors to implement and design new sets for programs and
news shows.
• Coordinate and communicate with ARMM vendors regarding all the production and operations
matters.
• Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs in coordination with the
vendors.
• Manage and supervise the schedules, quality and performance of all production and operations
staff.
• Act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with the production and operations staff.
• Ensure that the workflow, SOP, policies, and goals are followed as planned and required.
• Supervised and manage multicultural staff, set team’s periodic objectives, schedule, and assign
resources on operational and project tasks.
• Forecast and administrate the resources allocation, interview and hire new staff members when
needed.
• Set and monitor the section budget and expenses.
• Create and empower policies and procedures.

As Operations/Logistics Coordinator, I was held responsible for the below duties:
• Planning, executing, and monitoring facilities management projects as well as production
technical support.
• Supervised safety, security and service personnel covering several facilities.
• Oversaw and managed the Facilities’ Management contracts and projects on operational level.
• Provided production and logistical support for different major Media Production events and
coverages.
• Created and implemented Fleet and Asset management systems that contributed to the daily
operational workflow’s effectiveness and efficiency.

In charge of Two TV shows as an Executive/Technical Producer for the Turkish state channel in Arabic
(TRT Arabic) with Momentum productions Beirut/Lebanon office, were I contributed to the success of the
below political-social program targeting Pan-Arab audiences that were the main prime-time content of
TRT, both shows received positive PR and media coverage due to their creative formatting:
• Kallemni Arabi
• Khatt Moubashar

The main duties and responsibilities for being the Technical Support Manager for this internet service
provider were:
• Supervised and lead the day-to-day technical crew tasks and duties’.
• Managed and problem-solved customer relationship issues.
• Installed and programmed internet antennas.
• Controlled and monitored the stock flow.
