1- Ensures enough funds are ready when needed to expand ( K.A.S.H ) operations in order to establish needed medical program operations & develop K.A.S.H properties by health economies including ( Investment, Cash & Insurance Treatment & Training )
2- Coordinate with all medical dept’s regarding cash & insurance treatment for outpatient, Inpatient and make sure all procedures ( workflow ) starting from acceptance and ending with money collecting for none eligible patient are set and delivered to all medical departments who possibly deal with patients
3- Communicate with all insurance companies and get approval for (outpatient, Inpatient )
4- Locate and plan for possible and acceptable business investment opportunities within K.A.S.H properties
5- Reports of ( Money in safe - Pending collection - Expenses - Cash patients - Insurance patient - Patient nationality ) every month, quarter & year end
